Support HOPE

The HOPE Foundation supports the principles of volunteerism and philanthropy shown by the Fellows and Members of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow since its formation in 1599.

You can support the work of HOPE Foundation by making your individual donation. If you are a UK taxpayer, we can also collect Gift Aid on your donation adding 25% to the value of your gift.

We will keep you up to date on the projects we support, feedback from beneficiaries, and special donor events.

Our annual traditional Burns Supper is one of our favourite and most popular fundraising events bringing together our diverse College community for an evening of exquisite food, friendship and fun. Join us on Saturday 28 January and help us raise money for those in most in need locally, nationally and internationally.

Our Fundraising Guarantee to you

The HOPE Foundation is a fund of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, approved by the College’s governing Council of Trustees.

The College is a charity registered in Scotland SC000847.

In recognition of the donors to the HOPE Foundation, the College will cover any administration costs to ensure that 100% of donations are used for projects and causes.

The HOPE Foundation operates in line with the robust financial and ethical policies of the College. In addition, a new Policy on the Acceptance of Donations, and Donor Charter ensures fairness and transparency at all times.
